We install new industrial dryers in the finishing plants used in the leather industry, or replace old air dryers with modern, infrared heaters. Possible energy sources include gas (direct), conventional electricity, and electricity from a photovoltaic system.
We would be happy to calculate your potential savings directly at your premises.
Drying process with gas or electricity
Gas (direct)
Our solution when utilising gas (direct) as an energy source for drying the leather with infrared rays are modular zones that adapt to the upstream spray cabin or roller machine in terms of width and required length. The control sections for gas control are mounted above the infrared panels.
Normal gas or liquid gas can be used as an energy source.
Electricity (conventional)
If there is no gas connection to the existing system, the infrared panels can, alternatively, be operated with electricity.
Electricity (photovoltaic)
The energy source of the future is electricity from the company’s own solar plant. This solution is considered the best and most favourable from both an ecological and economic standpoint.
